OUR GLOBAL STRUCTURE
Our organisation operates at three distinct levels to ensure impactful change both locally and globally:
International Level
At the highest level, SI operates as a global organization, uniting Soroptimists across the world to advocate for women’s rights and gender equality on the international stage. SI holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and works closely with global institutions.
Federation Level
SI is divided into five federations, each serving a specific region.
Our federation, SI South East Asia Pacific (SISEAP), oversees Soroptimist clubs across the South East Asia Pacific region, providing support, guidance, and leadership opportunities for members. The federation also plays a key role in advocacy and regional initiatives.
Club Level
At the grassroots level, individual Soroptimist clubs operate in communities around the world, driving local projects that align with our mission to improve the lives of women and girls. Each club is empowered to identify and address the needs of their community through hands-on service projects, advocacy, and awareness-raising efforts.
